GENERAL PURCHASE POLICY

THE SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE COACH TO THE CLIENT ARE COACHING, AS DESIGNED JOINTLY WITH THE CLIENT. THE CLIENT AND COACH AGREE TO PROVIDE ONE ANOTHER WITH A FOURTEEN DAY NOTICE IN THE EVENT IT IS DESIRED TO CANCEL FURTHER SERVICES. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THERE IS A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY, IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SESSION. 

CASH REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SESSIONS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE PAYMENT.
