How it works

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery conversation. If it’s a good fit, we pick the package that matches your situation and get started. Sessions are 45 minutes via Zoom, with recordings, transcripts, and unlimited email support between sessions.

Every session also includes the Post-Session Coaching Debrief, a proprietary analytical pass on the session transcript that surfaces patterns and insights worth carrying forward. It’s not a summary. It’s an expanded perspective as well as documentation of your hard work.

Kimberly spent over 20 years as a PhD-trained biomedical research scientist before becoming a coach. She has led teams, navigated institutions, and made the scientist-to-leader transition herself. That background means she doesn’t need things explained to her — and she won’t waste your time on frameworks that don’t fit how technical minds work. She has been coaching scientists and technical experts specifically for 9 years.
